Welcome to Nirvan Health (“we,” “our,” or “us”), accessible at nirvanhealth.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Service

Nirvan Health is a platform that connects patients with independent, licensed psychiatrists and psychologists (“Providers”) for online and in-person consultations. We facilitate booking and payment for these consultations but are not a healthcare provider ourselves.

2. Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

Nirvan Health is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or any emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately or go to the nearest hospital.

3. Account Registration

To book a consultation, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or another supported method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and booking appointments.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • Appointment fees are displayed at the time of booking and must be paid in full through our supported payment methods (including bKash) to confirm your appointment.
  • Appointment slots are reserved only upon successful payment. Unpaid or abandoned bookings are not guaranteed and may be released for other patients.

5. Online Consultations

Online consultations are conducted via an embedded video service. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a private, appropriate environment for your session. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your device or connection.

6. Provider Independence

Providers listed on Nirvan Health are independent professionals responsible for their own clinical judgment, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations. Nirvan Health does not practice medicine and is not responsible for the clinical outcomes of any consultation.

7. Reviews

Patients who wish to leave a review are expected to do so honestly and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, or clearly fraudulent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information when booking
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or functionality
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse Providers or other users

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nirvan Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your consultations with Providers.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
